Project management and coordination
To ensure the overall proper project management, to strengthen and support the participants to achieve the objectives, and to complete the milestones in time and deliver the deliverables. To efficiently coordinate administrative and financial aspects of the project with the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia. To guide team members to comply with the EU and national regulations and their contractual requirements, as well as to “good practice” of resource management as presented in the Act of the PRISMA Project. To set up a good communication praxis and foster the integrative process among the team members.
